Job Summary
The Tele RN is integral to delivering exceptional patient care through remote means, engaging with patients to assess their needs and provide necessary support. This role requires proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology to enhance patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments via telecommunication tools to monitor health status.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records as required.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and address concerns effectively.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to telehealth practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with telehealth services.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers.
- Ability to utilize technology and telehealth platforms proficiently.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in patient care scenarios.
