The teller is responsible for processing accurate financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. They also actively identify customer needs to cross-sell bank products and services to support branch sales goals. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate basic math, typing, and PC skills. Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred, along with the ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 lbs.
