Job Summary
The Territory Manager for CardioMEMS in Portland, OR, plays a pivotal role in promoting and managing heart monitoring solutions within a designated region. This remote position is designed to facilitate the expansion of service offerings by establishing new accounts and enhancing customer relations. The manager will collaborate closely with the Clinical Account Representatives to ensure the effective delivery of services and support across cardiology departments.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales initiatives to open new accounts and expand existing customer bases.
- Collaborate with Clinical Account Representatives to enhance customer support.
- Provide engineering support tailored to local market needs and account requirements.
- Ensure that cardiac procedures in Cath labs and operating rooms run smoothly.
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring systems, specifically CardioMEMS technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including executives and clinical staff.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
