The Principal’s role involves guiding, mentoring, and enhancing the effectiveness of a team of educators while adhering to state licensing standards. This individual will also be instrumental in promoting enrollment growth and cultivating a supportive school environment that emphasizes educational excellence and collaboration with families. Applicants should fulfill the Pennsylvania Child Care Center Director requirements and have a minimum of two years of leadership experience within an early childhood educational context. A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a similar discipline is preferred.
