Job Summary
The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in the onboarding process for clients utilizing treasury products, while also overseeing the execution of service requests. This position is dedicated to enhancing the client experience through effective coordination of necessary documentation, activation of services within primary systems, and delivering appropriate training to users.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding of clients for treasury management services.
- Manage the processing of client service requests efficiently.
- Ensure comprehensive coordination of required documentation.
- Activate services in host systems to meet client needs.
- Provide training to clients to maximize their use of treasury products.
- Enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking, treasury management, or accounting is preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational and communication capabilities.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary.
