The Section Leader is responsible for training operators on equipment, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring production quality standards are met. They also assist management with performance reviews and the development of training documentation. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and 3-7 years of production experience, including experience in mentoring or coaching. Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, process improvements, and troubleshooting complex equipment is required.
