Job Summary
The position of Finisher involves the assembly of trailers by fitting components such as hydraulic systems, lighting units, and tires, following specified engineering diagrams and shop directives. This role also emphasizes the importance of maintaining a secure work atmosphere, facilitating the training of fellow team members, and achieving production objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assemble trailers by installing components in line with engineering drawings and shop orders.
- Ensure a safe working environment is upheld at all times.
- Train team members on assembly procedures and safety practices.
- Meet and strive to exceed production goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately read and utilize measuring instruments.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and maneuver underneath trailers.
- Strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with and adherence to ISO 9001 policies is essential.
