The Training Representative plays a vital role in creating and executing custodial training initiatives, encompassing both curriculum development and safety education. This position involves conducting training sessions at various locations, carrying out inspections of school sites, and ensuring meticulous maintenance of training documentation for all custodial personnel. Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in public administration, education, or a comparable discipline, alongside a minimum of three years of pertinent experience in teaching or training. Furthermore, applicants must hold an OSHA certification and possess a current driver’s license.
