Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for the fuel station, convenience store, and quick-service restaurant.
- Lead and develop team members to ensure high standards of customer service.

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in the fuel, convenience store, or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of travel center operations, inventory, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with regulations concerning fuel safety and environmental standards.
- Strong communication and financial analysis skills.
