**Director of Business Development**
The Director of Business Development leads the team at Hospice Care Consultants, overseeing the achievement of sales targets and the analysis of referral conversion metrics. This role entails conducting weekly team meetings and ensuring accurate documentation and performance management within the service area. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a closely related discipline is desirable. Applicants should possess prior experience in hospice care, home health, or healthcare sales and exhibit exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
