Job description
**Job Title: Facility Equipment Technician**
The Facility Equipment Technician will be tasked with the upkeep and repair of facility machinery and assets, with a focus on HVAC/R systems, under the guidance of a seasoned technician. Responsibilities include addressing emergency maintenance requests and accurately recording all repair actions in the work order management system. Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold Type I and Type II EPA certifications for refrigerant handling. This position demands the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform tasks at elevated heights, and maintain a clean driving record.
