Job description
Job Summary
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of facility systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions and enhancements for facilities management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize facility systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement within the facilities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of capital improvement projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance on facilities-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities engineering or management.
- Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across teams.
