Job Summary
The Branch Manager holds a pivotal role in supervising the branch’s profitability, service excellence, and customer loyalty. This position involves the management of hiring processes, team development, and the daily operational activities that contribute to the branch’s growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch profit and loss (P&L) to maintain financial health.
- Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring of staff for the branch.
- Provide coaching and development to team members to enhance performance.
- Execute daily operations effectively to support branch scalability.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading branch or multi-person operations, ideally in the home services sector.
- Strong financial management skills, including P&L oversight and margin control.
- Ability to manage labor resources efficiently.
- A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
