Job description
**Utility Cleaner**
The Utility Cleaner carries out essential maintenance duties that encompass floor upkeep, window washing, and a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires the operation of advanced cleaning equipment, including scrubbers and floor care machinery, to uphold the facility’s standards. Applicants should be at least 18 years old with experience in handling floor care cleaning devices and other maintenance tools. Although a formal degree is not necessary, a year of relevant work experience along with customer service skills is highly desirable.
