Job description
**Job Title: Vacuum Heat Treating Furnace Operator**
Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and upkeep of vacuum heat-treating furnaces to treat metal parts in line with specified technical requirements. You will ensure adherence to production timelines, quality benchmarks, and the dependability of equipment during overnight shifts. A High School diploma or GED is necessary, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in vacuum furnace operation. Successful candidates should have a solid understanding of heat treatment methods and the capability to read and interpret technical blueprints and job orders.
