Job Summary
The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the procurement of pre-owned vehicles to ensure that the dealership’s inventory is adequately stocked. This position focuses on developing connections with private sellers, assessing vehicle values, and negotiating effective purchase agreements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential pre-owned vehicles for dealership inventory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with private sellers.
- Conduct thorough appraisals to determine vehicle value.
- Negotiate purchase offers to secure competitive transactions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid California Driver’s License.
- Preferred experience in automotive sales or vehicle purchasing.
- Strong skills in negotiation and communication.
