**Veterinary Receptionist**
The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of interaction for clients at our clinic, overseeing appointment scheduling, managing patient flow, and operating multi-line phone systems. This role includes delivering empathetic service to clients, handling transactions, and ensuring precise financial record-keeping. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in customer service or reception, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a veterinary or healthcare front-desk environment. Essential skills include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and maintaining professionalism in emotionally charged situations.
