**Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist**
The Veterinary Receptionist acts as the friendly front-line representative of the hospital, overseeing appointment scheduling, managing patient traffic, and handling multi-line phone communications. This role focuses on delivering outstanding client experiences, processing payments, and supplying vital information to pet owners. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in customer service, reception, or another client-oriented position. Experience in a veterinary or healthcare reception environment is desirable.
