**Job Title: IT Field Technician**
The IT Field Technician delivers technical assistance and maintenance directly at client sites for hardware, software, and networking infrastructures. This role involves troubleshooting problems, executing repairs on equipment, and ensuring dependable access to technology, all while keeping precise records of service activities. Applicants should possess an associate degree in Information Technology or a similar discipline, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and pertinent industry certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are necessary.
