The VP of Enterprise Strategy will lead the development of mid- to long-term corporate strategies and facilitate enterprise-wide planning processes. They will also drive growth initiatives across global categories and supply chain operations to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term value creation goals. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience, including at least 7 years in top-tier strategy consulting or equivalent in-house roles. An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred, along with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and senior stakeholders.
