**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring precise product handling and efficient order fulfillment. This role includes resolving inventory inconsistencies and keeping accurate records to maintain transparency and reliability in operations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution settings. An associate degree in a relevant area and professional certifications such as CSCP are advantageous.
