Job description
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the warehouse, which encompass shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position involves leading, training, and coordinating a team of 25 to 30 staff members, all while maintaining operations within established labor and budget limits. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position within a warehouse or distribution environment and must hold a high school diploma or GED. Essential skills include effective personnel and budget management, as well as the physical capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
