Job description
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day functions of the warehouse, which encompasses shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position also includes supervising staff performance, facilitating training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations to guarantee smooth departmental operations. Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 2-4 years in a leadership capacity, ideally in a distribution setting. Essential skills include effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with computers, along with the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
