Job description
The Wellness Director plays a crucial role in managing all health services and guaranteeing that policies and procedures for resident care are effectively executed. This position involves the supervision and coordination of community activities, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations, while fostering partnerships with healthcare providers. Applicants should hold a valid license as a Registered or Licensed Nurse and possess a minimum of three to five years of experience in home health care or geriatric nursing. Furthermore, candidates must have at least two to four years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
