Job description
**Wellness Nurse**
The Wellness Nurse plays a pivotal role in supporting the Resident Care Director with the overall management of the community. This position involves overseeing resident care associates and keeping track of the health requirements of residents. The Wellness Nurse actively engages in providing direct care to residents, ensures adherence to regulatory standards, and promotes effective communication among families, healthcare providers, and the community. Applicants must have a valid RN or LPN license in their state of employment and should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a geriatric environment. A high school diploma and completion of an accredited nursing program are mandatory.
