Onsite: Monday-Thursday; Remote: Friday
$57 – $64 /hr.
The Work Truck Marketing Manager acts as the primary marketing partner for the business unit, tasked with crafting and implementing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at generating demand, enhancing brand reputation, and driving revenue growth. This role, reporting to the Marketing Director, links business targets with marketing results by managing the full spectrum of marketing activities while addressing the needs of complex purchasing groups, extended sales cycles, and channel/dealer networks.
Responsibilities of the Work Truck Marketing Manager:
- Serve as the main marketing contact and strategic consultant for the business unit and sales teams.
- Convert business goals into effective brand development and demand generation strategies.
- Craft integrated marketing approaches that resonate with targeted industries, segments, and buyer profiles.
- Chart marketing initiatives along intricate buying processes involving multiple decision-makers.
- Discover whitespace opportunities within both existing accounts and new market segments.
- Design and refine B2B media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, industry publications, programmatic, search).
- Adapt channel selections to cater to various stages of the customer journey.
- Oversee budget management with an emphasis on performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for success tracking.
- Evaluate overall funnel performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency and profitability.
- Engage in continuous testing of messaging, targeting, and creative assets to boost performance.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies.
- Assist in product launches through cohesive B2B marketing initiatives.
- Ensure product value propositions are in line with market requirements.
- Manage marketing budgets aimed at achieving business unit objectives and ROI benchmarks.
- Supervise external agency partners and vendors involved in campaign operations.
- Optimize resource allocation based on performance metrics and business priorities.
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation focused on measurable results.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
Requirements for the Work Truck Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, particularly in paid media and digital marketing execution.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and refining paid media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, search, programmatic, and trade publications.
- Proficiency in managing marketing budgets, assessing campaign performance and KPIs, along with leveraging data to enhance marketing strategies and ROI.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working effectively with sales, product, and other key stakeholders to drive go-to-market efforts.
