Market Research Professional
Location: Ohio (Remote)
Pay Rate: $35-$38/HR
Overview of the Market Research Professional Role:
This position involves providing support throughout market research initiatives, emphasizing adherence to compliance standards, obligatory studies, vendor oversight, and operational workflows. The role includes collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to generate precise, prompt, and practical insights.
Key Responsibilities for Market Research Professional:
- Oversee, document, and enhance the processes pertaining to required research programs.
- Assist with Medicaid and CMS-required research demands by coordinating efforts with internal research teams.
- Plan, implement, and refine processes for mandated research addressing internal and external obligations.
- Document and manage compliance, legal, and regulatory criteria related to essential research.
- Contribute to research operations by assessing and optimizing workflows, managing vendors, tracking projects, and reporting performance.
- Design and execute operational protocols that align with legal, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Nurture vendor relationships through contract management, evaluations, performance reporting, and facilitating communication between vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain operational and reporting systems to ensure precision and uniformity, which includes project intake, compliance monitoring, document repositories, and team collaboration platforms.
- Support other researchers in undertaking more extensive and intricate research projects and responsibilities.
Qualifications for Market Research Professional:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing complex market research projects from conception through to execution and presentation.
- At least 3 years of experience in vendor management, covering contract negotiations, vendor assessments, and acting as the liaison between business teams and vendors.
- A minimum of 3 years working with legal, compliance, and regulatory aspects related to healthcare research.
- Proficient in accommodating diverse stakeholder requirements while ensuring projects are delivered punctually and within budgetary limits.
- Familiarity with CAHPS or CMS-requisite research needs.
- Solid market research foundation, with skills in various research methodologies.
- Experience conducting research among diverse populations, including low-income groups, multicultural communities, and individuals with disabilities.
- Prior experience within the health insurance sector is preferred.
