Job description
The Youth Wellness Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of programs focused on social and emotional learning, alongside offering mentorship and intervention to young individuals aged 5-18. This role includes managing a caseload, training staff on behavioral support strategies, and ensuring a secure atmosphere for all members of the Club. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in human services, along with experience working with youth in at-risk situations. Essential qualifications include expertise in trauma-informed care, behavioral management, and strong communication abilities.
