The Host/Lead Host plays a crucial role in overseeing the guest experience, which encompasses handling reservations, managing wait times, and optimizing seating arrangements. This position involves guiding the host team to maintain top-notch service standards and precise cash management. The perfect applicant should have one to three years of experience in an upscale service setting and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities. Availability for work during weekends and holidays is required, along with the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
