Job description

This role entails guiding site leadership, evaluating turnover statistics, and making certain that staffing adheres to labor plans. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or managing multiple units in high-demand settings. Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and a valid driver’s license are mandatory for this field-based position.
