Job description
The manager oversees the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes at designated wash locations. This role entails guiding site leadership, evaluating turnover statistics, and making certain that staffing adheres to labor plans. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or managing multiple units in high-demand settings. Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and a valid driver’s license are mandatory for this field-based position.
