Job Summary
This position is focused on delivering effective workstation software support, encompassing troubleshooting and resolving software issues, as well as overseeing the installation, relocation, addition, and modification of PCs. The role also includes executing image loads and managing various support tasks to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide break-fix software assistance for workstations.
- Oversee the installation, relocation, addition, and modification of PC systems.
- Perform image loads on computers.
- Manage asset recovery operations.
- Provide support for printing issues.
- Update IT service management records to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of Largo, Florida.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract obligations.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Capability to stand for long periods and work in confined environments.
