Job Summary
The Application Engineer Co-Op position provides a valuable opportunity for students or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in engineering applications and support within a fast-paced environment. This role is focused on assisting in the development, implementation, and improvement of engineering applications that meet the company’s standards and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and design of engineering applications to ensure they align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new software releases to ensure functionality and performance.
- Document application processes and update existing support materials for users.
- Contribute to the enhancement of application tools through feedback and identified improvement areas.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
