Job Summary
The Escrow Analyst is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of escrow accounts associated with both residential and commercial loans. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring adherence to applicable state and federal laws, while also addressing and resolving inquiries related to taxes and insurance. The Analyst provides essential support to both internal departments and external clients.

- Manage and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial financing.

- Research and proactively resolve issues concerning taxes and insurance.
- Provide assistance and support to both internal teams and external customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in loan operations or servicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with mortgage banking regulations, including RESPA and the Homeowners Protection Act.
