Job Summary
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the store staff and maintaining excellent product standards and cleanliness. This position involves supervision of daily operational activities during shifts as well as participating in recruitment and interviewing efforts for new team members.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant management experience is desirable.
- Need to have access to a reliable vehicle and provide proof of insurance.
