Job Summary
The Global Process Engineering Authority (GPEA) is responsible for collaborating with the Global Process Engineering Leader (GPEL) to enhance manufacturing processes specifically for Press Cure Stator Bar production. This remote position requires a solid background in industry practices to drive quality and efficiency improvements within manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the Global Process Engineering Leader to strategize and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols within the manufacturing process.
- Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Provide guidance and expertise to resolve engineering challenges related to production.
Qualifications
- A minimum of several years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles.
- A High School Diploma or GED combined with at least 15 years of relevant industrial experience is also acceptable.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle process-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
