Job Summary
The Lead Subcontracts Specialist is responsible for overseeing U.S. Government end-use subcontracts and facilitating the procurement of necessary materials and services in line with organizational objectives. This role emphasizes ensuring adherence to federal laws and organizational policies while actively collaborating with program offices and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

- Manage U.S. Government end-use subcontracts effectively.

- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FAR/DFAR.
- Coordinate proactively with program offices and project teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or subcontract administration, particularly involving DoD procurement.
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- U.S. person status is required for export control compliance.
