Job Summary
The Startup Specialist is responsible for overseeing a collection of startups, offering guidance, monitoring their development, and fostering relationships with mentors and investors. This role also includes organizing program events, workshops, and managing the operational aspects to promote the success of the BioLeap incubator.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of startups, providing support and guidance.
- Track progress and facilitate connections with mentors and investors.
- Coordinate events and workshops for the program.
- Handle operational logistics to ensure effective function of the incubator.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM-related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in startup or innovation ecosystems.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
