Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients within an outpatient observation environment. This position requires effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to formulate personalized care plans that ultimately lead to optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status.
- Create and implement individualized care plans in partnership with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain high standards of nursing practices to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
- A valid Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- At least one year of nursing experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is advantageous.
