Job Summary
The Night Shift State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) plays a crucial role in providing care and support to patients during nighttime hours. This position is essential in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being while working collaboratively with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers as needed.
Qualifications
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification.
