Job Summary
The Clinical Research Associate Manager – Neurology will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing clinical trials focused on neurology. Based in Rahway, New Jersey, this position will work closely with the Clinical Research Director or Head of Site to provide strong monitoring and ensure the quality and integrity of clinical research activities. This role specifically involves managing a team of 6-14 Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to maintain excellent operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the monitoring of clinical trials to guarantee adherence to protocols and regulatory standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of Clinical Research Associates to optimize performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Research Director or Head of Site to enhance trial execution.
- Engage in local Investigator Meetings as needed.
- Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong background in clinical research management, specifically within neurology.
- Experience in overseeing and mentoring Clinical Research Associates.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong oversight.
