Job Summary
This role involves providing strategic guidance to senior management on various aspects of people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, performance, and transformation. The objective is to ensure that human resources initiatives align harmoniously with the overall goals of the studio.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on aligning people initiatives with the studio’s strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the People Team, incorporating HR functions, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion, compliance, and more.
- Monitor organizational health and analyze workforce metrics.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.
- Proven track record of managing employee relations, compensation, and compliance aspects.
- Experience in launching at least one video game.
- Leadership advisory skills with practical experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong coaching capabilities and ability to execute strategies effectively.
- Comfortable with remote work arrangements.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
