Job Summary
The role involves the design, construction, and deployment of dependable AI agents that can utilize tools, communicate with software systems, and handle multi-step tasks effectively. You will work in conjunction with engineering teams to develop agent architectures, facilitate integrations, and manage orchestration, evaluation, and monitoring processes to ensure the delivery of scalable production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop reliable AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create scalable production systems.
- Implement agent architectures and manage tool integrations.
- Oversee the orchestration and evaluation of AI systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in Python software systems.
- Experience in building AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows.
- Proficient in tool integration, memory systems, and inference flows.
- Familiar with integration testing, containers, CI/CD techniques, and distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
