Job Summary
The Federal Mine Remediation Lead is responsible for crafting and executing solutions for mine remediation, overseeing various technical teams along with project financials. This position also encompasses driving business development initiatives, which includes nurturing client relationships and preparing proposals to enhance the mine remediation sector of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions for mine remediation projects.
- Manage and coordinate diverse technical teams to ensure project success.
- Handle financial aspects of projects to maintain budgetary controls.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the mine remediation practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposal documents to secure new projects and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a related area.
- US Citizenship is mandatory due to work requirements.
- Knowledge and experience with the CERCLA framework is highly desirable.
