Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
- Experience specifically in early-stage tech organizations that are scaling.
- Strong expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data reporting.
- Ability in compensation design and in creating scalable processes from the ground up.
