Install, commission, program, and troubleshoot CNC and fabrication equipment at customer sites, ensuring machines produce a proven part and customers can operate them confidently. Support sales through demonstrations and site evaluations, train customers and technicians, provide remote assistance, and share field insights with internal teams. Candidates need at least five years of advanced hands-on CNC machining experience and at least three years of field service experience installing, training on, and repairing industrial machinery. A technical degree, certificate, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience is expected, along with CNC programming and controls knowledge, electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting ability, strong communication, and willingness to travel 40–50%.
