Job Summary
The position of Molecular Biologist III is centered in Indianapolis, Indiana, where the selected candidate will contribute to the Consumer Products Services division. This role reports directly to the Manager and is categorized as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, requiring typical work hours from Monday to Friday in an onsite setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee molecular biology experiments to support product development and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and present findings.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and protocol adherence.
- Assist in the development of new methodologies and best practices in molecular biology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting with molecular biology techniques.
