This onsite role focuses on delivering comprehensive support for enterprise IT, networking, and systems operations within the U.S. Pacific infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and providing technical assistance to military personnel, cybersecurity teams, and other users.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot operational issues faced by military users and technical teams.
- Manage and maintain Windows and other operating system environments.
- Provide systems engineering and infrastructure support as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
