Job Summary
The Patient Care Manager is responsible for supervising clinical operations and ensuring that patient care services meet high standards of quality and compliance within the hospice environment. This role plays a critical part in arranging visit schedules and leading interdisciplinary team discussions while providing guidance to staff to maintain regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current RN license is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospice or home-based care settings.
- Proven leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Strong understanding of hospice regulatory standards.
