Job Summary
The Lab Technician is entrusted with carrying out heat treatment testing and confirming that customer requirements are met, all while working under the guidance of the Quality Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring that various industrial processes meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up testing equipment needed for heat treatment processes.
- Conduct tests in accordance with established protocols.
- Document and report test results accurately.
- Adhere to safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of metallurgy and heat treatment processes is essential.
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents to comply with ITAR regulations.
- Ability to lift weights up to 35 lbs. is necessary.
