Job Summary
This position entails executing and overseeing field surveys, performing boundary evaluations, and generating legal documents such as Records of Survey and ALTA/NSPS maps. The surveyor will also be responsible for managing project timelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to California land surveying regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise field surveys and boundary analysis.
- Prepare and produce legal documents including Records of Survey and ALTA/NSPS maps.
- Manage project schedules effectively.
- Coordinate activities with various multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with California land surveying laws and standards.
Qualifications
- Active California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with GPS/GNSS workflows.
- Valid California driver’s license.
